Sweet Date Overnight Oat Mix
Sweet Date – overnight oat mix with dates, nuts and seeds
The original NADA flavour
If you're new to NADA, this is the perfect place to start.
Sweet Date was actually the hardest recipe to get right. Not because it needed anything complicated—quite the opposite. When you're working with simple ingredients, everything has to earn its place.
More nuts. Fewer seeds. Different combinations. Taste. Tweak. Start again. I lost count of how many bowls I made before everything finally came together.
The result is a smooth, comforting overnight oat mix where chopped dates soften overnight, bringing a rich, sticky sweetness to creamy wholegrain oats and a carefully balanced blend of nuts and seeds.
It's simple, satisfying and the flavour I find myself coming back to most often.
Like every NADA recipe, Sweet Date is built around minimally processed nutrition: wholegrain oats, dates, nuts and seeds, thoughtfully combined to make proper food that works for training, recovery or simply getting on with your day.
No artificial flavourings. No syrups. No unnecessary extras.
Real food. Real fuel.
