Ginger Overnight Oat Mix
Ginger – overnight oat mix with dates, nuts and seeds
Warming, balanced and full of character
This one took a bit of balancing.
Too much ginger and it was like eating a vindaloo for breakfast. Too little and it was like the Gingerbread Man had completely lost his mojo.
After plenty of experimenting, I finally found the sweet spot. Ground ginger brings a gentle warmth that wakes up your taste buds without taking over, while the natural sweetness of the dates keeps everything balanced.
The result is a breakfast that's bold, comforting and just a little bit different.
If you're after something with a bit more character than your average breakfast, this could be your new favourite.
Like every NADA recipe, it's built on our simple blend of wholegrain oats, dates, nuts and seeds.
No artificial flavourings. No syrups. Nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
Just real food. Real fuel.

Why overnight oats?
Simple to prepare and ready whenever you are.
Made with oats, dates, nuts and seeds.
Simply add milk, leave overnight and enjoy.
Ground ginger blends through the oats overnight, producing a gently warming ginger flavour.
How to prepare
Best enjoyed overnight
Add the oat mix to a bowl or jar.
Add the recommended amount of milk.
Stir thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir again before eating. Add more milk if preferred.
